We get treated to a day game today. A very important day game. A divisional game between the Islanders and the Flyers. Both teams are standing in the basement of the Atlantic division. The Flyers are in the last spot in the playoffs in a tie but is ranked 8th. The Islanders are only 2 points out, a win today in regulation would out them in the playoffs, baring what Buffalo does in their next game. The Isles also have a game tomorrow against the pesky Panthers. Everyone else can beat them, except us. The Islanders have beaten the Flyers only once this season in 4 attempts.
Injury Update:
Witt is a game time decision, they are really holding him off until hes 100% so he can take his anger out on the Rangers.
Neilson is day to day, no one has been recalled from Bridgeport, to replace him. Its been said on www.NewYorkIslanders.com has Aaron Johnson on the Comeau, Tambo line.
