MIRO THE HERO? or RICKY THE RELIABLE

Tonight the Islanders have caught lightning in a bottle, posting a point in 7 straight games and winning 6 straight. Its hard to believe players like Witt and Campoli have nothing to do with this. (besides moral support for younger players) This is a team effort, though we are all so quick to point the finger in our 7 game skid. Tonights score was a 1-0 win. The goal? ill give you a hint its his second in as many nights and he also has 5 points in the last 5 games. (3 goals 3 assists) Still nothing? its none other then "MIRO THE HERO" (I don't think anyone has coined that name so I am now) DP (which on the other hand has more coins then the bank he brings his check to) played great, which is a breath of fresh air to what he has been of late. Miro tallied the games only goal just after 5 minutes in the third. Leaving little room for error on both sides. The shot was assisted by Bergenheim and DREW FATA his first NHL point in his second game this season. hes catching up to Chris Simon. Normally this is a hard decision to give the "Game Hero" to. Satan scoring the only goal...Fata getting his first point (congrats by the way) but it goes to Rick Depietro who stopped all of Tampa's attacks totaling 31 shots.
